The branding and marketing world eat data for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They hold the belief that data defines you. But, you’re more than a data point because you bought your favorite whatever.

Market research. Audience insights. Competitive analysis.

Big brands swear by them. A/B testing is a must. Agencies spend millions on that shit. Marketers won’t make a move without them. All in an attempt to increase they’re bottom line.

But let’s be real, if you’re building a Micro-Insurgent Brand, you don’t need a fuck’n spreadsheet to tell you who you are or what you stand for.

Because your brand isn’t built on analytics, it’s built on audacity.

Micro-insurgent brands don’t wait for permission. They don’t seek validation before taking action. They don’t play by industry rules because they’re too busy writing their own.

And that’s exactly why they win.
